  • Remote Installation, Weiterentwicklung und Monitoring von printnaher IT-Infrastruktur (Hardware, Cloud & Software)

    • Annahme von Serviceanfragen und qualifizierte Bearbeitung im Ticketsystem

    • Strukturierte Analyse von eingehenden Störungen der IT-Infrastruktur, sowie von Canon Geräten und zugehöriger Software

    • Koordination von Fachabteilungen und gemeinsames Erarbeiten von Lösungen

    • Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben (Backup, Wartung)

    • Dokumentation von Kundenumgebungen, sowie technischer Kundenherausforderungen und deren Lösungsansätzen

    • Betreuung namhafter Kunden in vielfältigen und langjährigen Projekten

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich IT oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

    • Erfahrung im First- und Second-Level-Enduser-Support vor Ort, per Telefon und Remote aus dem Office in Dresden

    • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Betriebssystemen, Server und Clients

    • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnologien

    • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Client Anwendungen (Bsp. Office, Teams)

    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Teamfähigkeit

    • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
