Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

About the team

You'll join Canva's Marketing Technology (MarTech) group, the team behind the digital experiences that connect millions of people to Canva around the world. We build and run everything from Canva's marketing websites and landing pages to the platforms, campaigns, and real-world activations that bring our brand to life.

MarTech brings together product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts. Our work spans the customer-facing web experiences that power our growth marketing, the messaging and engagement systems that keep our community informed, and the scalable platforms and tooling that let Canva's marketing teams turn ideas into beautiful online experiences quickly. Put simply: if it's a digital experience with Canva's name on it, there's a good chance we had a hand in it.

We're a small, close-knit product team working on high-visibility problems, with the autonomy to ship and the support to do it well.

About the Role

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, covering a period of leave in our product team. It's a hands-on delivery role rather than a long-range strategy role. You'll pick up a live, high-impact area of work and keep it moving, working closely with our engineers, designers, and senior product managers.

Your focus will be the underlying platform that powers B2B lead management - from how potential business customers discover and engage with Canva on the web, through to how their signals move reliably across our systems and enable the right next action.

You’ll improve the web experiences and shared platform capabilities that help Canva recognise, capture and activate B2B demand. This includes enabling teams to apply their qualification and scoring logic, connecting trusted data from enrichment platforms, and ensuring qualified opportunities reach the right Sales teams with the context they need.

Expect close collaboration with our sales, marketing, and growth teams, and plenty of opportunity to test, measure, and iterate. You’ll translate agreed priorities into scalable experiences and capabilities, making the journey more connected, measurable and easier to evolve

Because this is a 6-month contract, we're not asking you to reinvent our long-term strategy. We have a clear roadmap. We need someone who can come in, prioritise well, make good decisions in the moment, and deliver. We'll also be upfront from the start: this is a fixed-term role with no possibility of extension.

What you’ll do

  • Own the delivery of our B2B lead engine roadmap, from demand capture through qualified Sales handoff.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to understand where the pipeline leaks, and prioritise the fixes that matter most to conversion and revenue.

  • Improve how known demand is qualified, prioritised, routed and activated using customer, account and behavioural context.

  • Use CRO, experimentation and customer insight to improve how B2B visitors discover, engage with and express demand on Canva’s web experiences

  • Make the engine easier to operate through shared health measures, monitoring, clear ownership and safer change processes.

  • Partner with engineers, designers, marketers and analysts to deliver high-quality improvements quickly.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to identify opportunities, size their potential impact and decide what to build next.

  • Test and iterate on lead-engine improvements, measuring their impact on lead quality, processing reliability, speed to follow-up and progression through the Sales funnel.

  • Manage your projects end to end, from scoping and build through to launch, measurement, and iteration.

  • Communicate clearly and often, leading with the key message and bringing senior stakeholders along with you.

Goals you'll achieve in your 6 months

By the end of your contract, you'll have:

  • Shipped measurable improvements to how leads are scored, enriched, and routed, lifting the quality and speed of leads reaching our sales teams.

  • Improved conversion through the funnel, backed by clear measurement and results.

  • Kept a critical area of work moving without missing a beat, so the wider team stays on track through a period of leave.

  • Built strong, trusting relationships across engineering, marketing, and sales - the kind that let a small team move fast.

  • Two or three standout pieces of work you can genuinely put your name to, the sort of projects that make for great case studies.

You're probably a match if

  • Solid experience as a Product Manager working on B2B or SaaS products, ideally across the leads funnel - lead scoring, enrichment, routing, or sales-facing tooling. This is the most important thing.

  • Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, and an understanding of how marketing and sales systems fit together (think CRM, marketing automation, and lead management tools).

  • Experience delivering customer-facing web improvements using conversion rate optimisation, experimentation and customer insight.

  • Comfort with data, both qualitative and quantitative. You can self-serve, dig into the numbers, and make evidence-based calls.

  • A track record of using measurement and iteration to improve how a system performs - testing changes, reading the results honestly, and building on what works.

  • A strong communicator who leads with the headline, keeps things clear and concise, and builds trust with stakeholders and senior leaders quickly.

  • Bias to action and self-sufficient. You're happy to pick things up, run with them, and get things done without a lot of hand-holding.

  • Strong prioritisation and product judgement. The strategic direction is established; we need someone who can make sound trade-offs and deliver the roadmap well.

  • Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work to move faster.
