About The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Tech Product Manager to own and drive the product development lifecycle for one or more product lines. You will define product strategy, make prioritisation and trade-off decisions, and be accountable for delivering measurable outcomes. This role requires strong technical fluency, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a track record of shipping products in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Lead requirements discovery: run stakeholder sessions, synthesize competing needs, and make trade-off decisions on scope and priority.
• Own and drive the product roadmap: define what gets built, in what order, and why. Manage scope, timelines, and dependencies across engineering and design.
• Be accountable for product outcomes: define success metrics, monitor performance post-launch, and proactively course-correct when results are off-track.
• Identify product improvement opportunities through data analysis and user feedback. Own the experimentation cycle from hypothesis to validated learning.
• Drive alignment between business strategy and technical execution. Make judgment calls on build-vs-buy, technical debt trade-offs, and architectural considerations alongside engineering leads.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and trade-offs clearly to executives, business stakeholders, and the broader organisation.
• Define and own the testing strategy for product releases: partner with quality assurance (QA) on internal testing, coordinate stakeholder user acceptance testing (UAT), and make final go/no-go decisions.
• Own product documentation and cross-functional action items, ensuring commitments and tracked through to completion.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a tech-centric company.
• A relevant STEM degree.
• Demonstrated ability to own a product area end-to-end: from ideation through launch and iteration, with measurable results.
• Experience writing PRDs, defining KPIs, and making data-informed prioritization decisions.
• Experience with agile methodologies and leading (not just participating in) cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical fluency: able to engage meaningfully with engineers on system design, APIs, and technical constraints.
• Proven track record of delivering product outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments (fintech, e-commerce, or startup experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Experience with Supply Chain Finance or P2P products is a plus.
