Job Description - Grade Specific
El/la Commercial & Contract Manager brindará soporte a los equipos de Ventas, Delivery, Legales y Finanzas durante todo el ciclo de vida contractual. Su principal objetivo será asegurar que los contratos sean comercialmente viables, cumplan con los lineamientos establecidos y puedan ejecutarse operativamente, contribuyendo a proteger los ingresos, el margen y la satisfacción del cliente.
Principales responsabilidades
- Gestionar contratos comerciales durante todo su ciclo de vida.
- Participar en procesos de preventa, revisión de propuestas y negociaciones con clientes.
- Identificar riesgos y oportunidades comerciales.
- Gestionar cambios contractuales, aprobaciones y cumplimiento de obligaciones.
- Colaborar con equipos de Sales, Delivery, Legal y Finance para garantizar la correcta ejecución contractual.
Requisitos
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Contract Management, Commercial Management, Procurement o funciones relacionadas.
- Experiencia en revisión y administración de contratos comerciales.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Capacidad analítica y de gestión de múltiples stakeholders.
Deseable
- Experiencia en empresas de tecnología, ingeniería, consultoría o servicios profesionales.
- Conocimiento de gestión de riesgos y control financiero.
- Familiaridad con contratos de servicios y acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLAs).
