YOUR ROLE
- Manage logistics operations and stock control;
- Manage the asset lifecycle (Asset Management), preferably IT assets;
- Monitor and reconcile physical inventory with system records;
- Analyze, process, and maintain operational data;
- Use internal tools and systems to support daily operations.
YOUR PROFILE
Ideal Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and organized professional with a strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient asset and inventory management while contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or Asset Management;
- Proven experience managing and controlling IT assets;
- Strong analytical and data management skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level preferred);
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, and peripherals;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Valid Portuguese driving license.
