Your role
As a Customer Support Advisor with Romanian, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling customer interactions, resolving issues effectively, and building strong relationships. Using your communication, problem-solving, and technical skills, you will support customers with professionalism and empathy while adapting to changing priorities and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Your tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service through professional and effective customer interactions.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers in Romanian and English where required.
- Resolve customer concerns and help de-escalate challenging situations.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions using your technical knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships focused on a positive experience.
- Manage multiple customer interactions and prioritize requests effectively.
- Make sound decisions to support timely issue resolution.
- Adapt to changing business needs and customer requirements.
Your profile
- You have C1-level fluency in Romanian.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in an international contact centre environment.
- You demonstrate strong communication, listening, and comprehension skills, both written and verbal.
- You have excellent customer service skills and can effectively manage and de-escalate customer frustration.
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and can work independently and objectively.
- You are dedicated to delivering a high-quality customer experience and building lasting customer relationships.
- You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively prioritizing requests and concerns.
- You have good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, are proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools, hold a university degree, and can adapt effectively to a fast-changing environment.
