About the Role

Join a team responsible for creating a seamless, safe, and efficient workplace experience. In this role, you’ll oversee reception, workplace services, procurement, supplier relationships, and office operations, helping ensure employees and business teams have the resources and support they need to succeed.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, and Finance to coordinate purchasing, workplace services, contracts, and day-to-day office operations while maintaining compliance, cost efficiency, and service excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage reception, visitor access, meeting rooms, mail, deliveries, and workplace support services.
  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier onboarding.
  • Coordinate purchasing needs with business stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies, approvals, and budgets.
  • Manage supplier relationships, records, contracts, compliance documentation, and performance.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and business teams on supplier negotiations and contract requirements.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, facilities services, and employee workplace requests.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced/Fluent English
  • Experience in insurance industry is a plus
