FBS - Product Owner l

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to support a new technology-focused initiative within our Contact Center environment. This role will serve as a key liaison between business teams, IT, external vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions with a strong emphasis on vendor management and AI-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts across business, IT, vendors, and external partners.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, including AI solution providers.
• Drive project execution, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement innovative Contact Center solutions.
• Provide visibility and communication across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong experience managing technology vendors and external partners.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business and IT teams.
• Exposure to AI technologies or AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting software, platform, or technology implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Contact Center or Customer Experience environment experience.
• Experience with AI vendors and emerging technologies.
• Platform integration experience.
• Exposure to Amazon, Google, or similar technology ecosystems.

Ideal Candidate

A highly organized Product Owner with a proven track record of managing vendors, driving technology initiatives, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has experience implementing new solutions, and brings a strong interest in AI and digital transformation.
