YOUR ROLE
Drive the end-to-end development and delivery of product features across React, TypeScript, Node.js and NestJS applications.
Translate business and product requirements into scalable, maintainable and secure technical solutions.
Design and develop frontend experiences using React, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, TanStack Query and Zod.
Design and implement backend services, business logic and REST APIs with NestJS, ensuring performance, reliability and maintainability.
Build and maintain shared contracts, validation schemas and integrations across frontend and backend systems.
Design and optimise PostgreSQL data models, queries and database interactions using Prisma, TypeORM or MikroORM.
Implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth2, OIDC, JWT and JWKS.
Define and maintain automated testing strategies across frontend and backend applications.
Support deployment and operations through Docker and Kubernetes environments.
Review code, mentor team members and contribute to engineering standards, architecture and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Platform Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
YOUR PROFILE
Strong experience building modern Full Stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL.
Advanced knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, component design, performance optimisation and accessibility best practices.
Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, authentication patterns and distributed application development.
Experience working with TanStack Query, Zod, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Prisma, TypeORM or MikroORM.
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and tools including Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Supertest and exposure to Playwright.
Experience working with containerised and cloud-native applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with OpenAPI, Swagger, Scalar, Storybook, monorepos and shared frontend/backend contract approaches.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently navigate ambiguity, manage technical risks and make sound engineering decisions.
Proven experience collaborating in Agile environments and working effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to mentor developers, perform code reviews and drive engineering excellence across the team.
