Your role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive French speaking Application Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves maintaining the stability and performance of critical applications, resolving complex incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Your tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve OS-level incidents across Linux and Windows environments
Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets
Process service requests and implement approved changes
Maintain and update operational documentation (DEX)
Ensure the availability of high-impact applications
Communicate directly with stakeholders when required
Leverage a good understanding of application architecture to diagnose and resolve issues
Your profile
Proficiency in French (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
Positive attitude and eagerness to grow across various technologies
Familiarity with scheduling/orchestration tools (e.g., CTRLM)
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Zabbix)
