YOUR ROLE
- Provide 2nd level onsite and remote support, including incident analysis and troubleshooting
- Manage and support Microsoft environments, endpoints, mobile devices, and workplace systems
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and IT systems
- Support rollouts, office moves, and lifecycle management of IT equipment
- Ensure IT security compliance and maintain technical documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors and support IT projects and improvements
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years of proven experience as IT Support Engineer
- Experience supporting Windows OS, MacBooks, Microsoft Office, and endpoint environments
- Knowledge of device management, mobile systems (iOS), and workplace technologies
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking basics, and printing systems
- Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of IT security policies and lifecycle management
