Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Field Service Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support Oracle Field Service (OFS) solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) solutions.
- Design workflows, routing plans, activity types, work zones, resources, and capacity management.
- Integrate Oracle Field Service with Oracle CX, Oracle ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Conduct requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and user training.
Your Profile
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support.
- Develop functional and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
- Support enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service (OFS) Cloud.
- Strong understanding of: Capacity Planning, Scheduling & Routing, Work Zones, Resource Management, Activity Management, Mobility & Dispatch Console
