Your role
You will be joining a team of passionate engineers working on cutting-edge data analytics and Machine Learning projects for worldwide industry leaders. As a Senior Python Software Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions while collaborating with international teams in a dynamic, Agile environment.
Your tasks
Collaborating directly with customer development, management and business teams to understand requirements and deliver robust Python-based solutions
Taking ownership of task completion and delivery within an Agile software development process, ensuring high quality and timely outcomes
Researching and evaluating technical options to implement business requirements, leveraging modern tools and frameworks including Flask and AWS
Contributing to functional and architectural decisions for new functionality, helping shape the technical direction of the project
Participating actively in code reviews within the development team, maintaining high coding standards and sharing knowledge across the team
Your profile
4+ years of commercial Python development experience, with strong expertise in server-side application development and package management
Hands-on experience with Flask for building scalable server-side applications and services
Proven experience working with AWS cloud services in a commercial environment
Strong self-management skills with the ability to take responsibility for deliverables independently and drive tasks to completion
Excellent verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams
