Your role

We are looking for a Consultant and People Manager to our Systems Engineering unit.

In your role as a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be part of a technical client assignment. You will be working on technical solutions in Product & Systems, both in SW & HW domain.

As a People Manager, you will be responsible for a small team of System Engineers delivering solutions to customers in industries such as defence, automotive, life science and others.

You will work with System Engineering and requirements on Product & Systems, both in SW & HW domain. Often Model Based Engineering including to follow Functional Safety and Cybers Security standards. You will also work within electrical and electronics on product & System level, for example as electrical or electronics engineer within power supply, electrical machines & battery systems. The role will be a combination of team responsibility and being a consultant in our delivery.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Be part of technical delivery/assignment to our clients
• Recruit new team members and support, develop and mentor the members in the team
• Support the Engineering Unit Manager with recruitment, business growth, retention etc.
• Manage and support career development for your team
• Contribute to technical solutions/sales activities of new projects
• Work on technical customer proposals

Your profile

• A degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering or similar
• 8+ years of experience as an advanced System Engineer, Technical lead, or similar
• Experience as Team Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar is advantageous
• Fluency in English, and preferably in Swedish language
