Telco AI Ops Architect

Your Role

You will be responsible for architecting and delivering AIOps solutions for telecom operators, driving the adoption of intelligent operations, self-healing networks, and autonomous network capabilities. Working closely with NOC teams, network architects, OSS/BSS stakeholders, and customers, you will build scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce network incidents, and accelerate service assurance

Your Profile

• Design and implement end-to-end AIOps and Observability architectures across RAN, Core, Transport, and IP networks.
• Develop solutions for event correlation, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, fault management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Architect and deploy closed-loop automation and self-healing workflows to support Autonomous Network initiatives.
• Design alarm and event management frameworks including collection, enrichment, correlation, suppression, and automation.
• Integrate AIOps platforms with telecom EMS/NMS, OSS/BSS, Inventory, and ITSM systems.
• Implement automated incident creation, intelligent ticket routing, and CMDB-driven service assurance workflows.
• Leverage AI/ML and Generative AI technologies for predictive maintenance, operational insights, and RCA copilots.
• Define observability strategies covering logs, metrics, traces, events, and streaming telemetry.
• Support production environments through correlation tuning, model optimization, and operational improvements.
• Drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs), innovation initiatives, and customer-facing AIOps transformation programs.
• Define and track operational KPIs such as MTTD, MTTR, Alarm Noise Reduction, Automation Coverage, and Service Availability.
• Collaborate with network operations, engineering, and platform teams to deliver intelligent network operations.
• Mentor technical teams and contribute to Autonomous Networks and AIOps strategy.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in AIOps, Network Operations, Fault Management, and Service Assurance.
• Deep understanding of Telecom domains including RAN, Core (EPC/5GC), Transport, IP/MPLS, and 4G/5G Networks.
• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Dynatrace, Datadog, or AppDynamics.
• Hands-on expertise in AIOps and Correlation Platforms such as Moogsoft, BigPanda, ServiceNow AIOps, Cisco Crosswork, or Ciena Blue Planet.
• Strong knowledge of alarm/event management, RCA, incident correlation, and predictive maintenance.
• Experience integrating with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, and CMDB platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with APIs, Streaming Telemetry, Kafka, REST/SOAP integrations, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of TM Forum Autonomous Networks, Closed-Loop Automation, and Intent-Based Assurance.
• Experience in customer-facing solution architecture and transformation programs.
