Your Role
- Review and validate weight reports before approval and publication, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with corporate reporting guidelines.
- Perform cross-checks of weight-related data against corporate systems such as VWMS, PDB, STV, COPS, and TPC Reports.
- Maintain and update the master report timing database to track due dates, publication schedules, and submission status.
- Conduct mass report audits for Mexico and support compliance-related activities, including FE Label Compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with Production Weight Engineering teams to resolve reporting discrepancies and support WECO & WLTP report generation for EMEA programs.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 2-3 years of experience in automotive product development.
- Strong understanding of the vehicle development lifecycle and automotive engineering processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience analyzing large data sets, identifying inconsistencies, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, auditing mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English communication skills
