Your Role
As a Junior Power BI Developer at Capgemini, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with business users, analysts, and data engineering teams to develop reports, dashboards, and data models that provide actionable insights across the organization.

Responsibilities & Scope
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Create interactive visualizations and KPI dashboards that support business reporting needs.
- Transform business requirements into meaningful reports and analytical solutions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of self-service reporting capabilities.
Data Modeling & Analytics
- Develop and maintain Power BI data models using industry best practices.
- Create and optimize calculations, measures, and KPIs using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Connect and integrate data from multiple sources, including:
- SQL Databases
- Excel Files
- SharePoint
- Cloud-Based Data Sources
- Support data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities.
Report Development & Optimization
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Optimize dashboard performance and improve report usability.
- Assist with testing and validation activities to ensure report accuracy and reliability.
- Support report deployment and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaboration & Documentation
- Gather and document reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and business users to deliver analytics solutions.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for dashboards, reports, and data sources.
- Provide end-user support and basic training for Power BI reports and reporting tools.

- Experience with Power Query (M Language).
