As a Global HR Operations Trainee, you will support key HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and HR administration while developing essential professional skills.

Requirements

- Graduation year between 2024 and 2026.
- Fluent in German, and English, written and spoken.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High learning agility and adaptability.
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
