In this fast-paced role, you'll guide customers through their service experience, communicate repair recommendations, coordinate with technicians, and help ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and valued.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their service visit
- Schedule and prepare customer appointments
- Identify vehicle concerns through customer conversations and vehicle walk-arounds
- Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally
- Prepare estimates and repair orders with transparency
- Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to keep repairs on track
- Provide updates and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Help achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
What You'll Bring
