What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers with a smile and genuine interest in their needs
- Diagnose and explain vehicle concerns in clear, simple terms
- Prepare transparent cost estimates and repair orders
- Stay connected with customers throughout their visit, no surprises just great service
- Work closely with our technicians and parts team to keep everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of automotive service experience, with prior experience in an OEM dealership environment preferred; a sales and customer service background is an asset.
- Friendly, confident communicator with experience in customer-facing roles
- Team player with a drive to hit goals and deliver results
- Adaptable nature that thrives in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver’s license and a passion for the automotive industry
