Client Services Specialist (Chinese)

Driving Capital.com ’s regulated expansion in Australia, you will support our Chinese-speaking clients, you'll be a trusted first point of contact, guiding clients through onboarding, KYC, and our trading platform while resolving their questions across different channels.

You'll play a central role in building the trust and long-term satisfaction that keeps clients trading with us, all while working closely with teams across the business to deliver a seamless client experience. This is a great opportunity to combine strong communication skills with a growing interest in financial markets, in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver responsive, high-quality support to clients at every account level, resolving inquiries and issues promptly across live chat, email, and phone.
• Guide clients through the KYC verification process, ensuring a smooth and fully compliant onboarding journey.
• Walk clients through the trading platform, showcasing its key features and tools to help them trade with confidence.
• Build lasting client trust and satisfaction through professional, well-informed support and platform training.
• Stay closely attuned to the competitive landscape and financial markets to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date guidance.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities that enhance the overall client experience.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, maintaining open communication to resolve client issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese (C1+), with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both language.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• A solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to listen closely to both client and team needs and respond effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts on a weekly schedule.
