Buscamos PMO Engineering Service Contracts Coordinator para integrarse en el Departamento Corporativo de Project Management Office (PMO).

Con experiencia en proyectos EPC y FEED, capaz de gestionar de forma integral procesos de contratación, coordinación técnica y contractual, así como actividades relacionadas con licenciantes, permitting y soporte a equipos de proyecto.

La posición actuará como punto de unión entre PMO, el Equipo de Gestión de Proyecto, Ingeniería, Aprovisionamientos, Contract Management, Legal, Licenciantes y organismos externos, garantizando el alineamiento de los procesos con los requisitos técnicos, contractuales y regulatorios de cada proyecto.

Funciones principales

  • Contratación de Servicios de Ingeniería
  • Gestión Contractual
  • Revisar cláusulas contractuales y apoyar las negociaciones junto con los equipos de Contract Management y Legal.
  • Coordinación con Compras y Equipos de Proyecto
  • Gestión de Licenciantes y Tecnologías
  • Dar soporte a la contratación y evaluación de servicios asociados a tecnologías licenciadas.
  • Asegurar la integración adecuada de los requisitos de los licenciantes dentro del alcance del proyecto.
  • Coordinar la interacción entre los equipos de proyecto y los proveedores de tecnología.
  • Soporte a Actividades de Permitting
  • Gestión PMO y Mejora Continua

Perfil y experiencia requerida

  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en proyectos EPC.
  • Inglés C1 o superior.
  • Experiencia demostrable en contratación de servicios de ingeniería.
  • Experiencia en gestión contractual y revisión de cláusulas contractuales.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos multidisciplinares.
  • Experiencia en procesos de permitting dentro de proyectos industriales.
  • Conocimiento de ejecución de proyectos FEED o EPC
  • Valorable formación complementaria en Gestión de Proyectos, Contratación o Gestión Contractual.
  • Mentalidad analítica y estructurada.
  • Iniciativa y orientación a la mejora continua.
  • Excelentes habilidades de coordinación y comunicación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares y multiculturales.
  • Adaptabilidad a nuevas herramientas y procesos digitales.
  • Procesos de contratación de servicios de ingeniería.
  • Gestión contractual y revisión de cláusulas.
  • Procesos de compras y coordinación de proyectos.
  • Gestión de licenciantes y tecnologías licenciadas.
  • Permitting y cumplimiento regulatorio.
  • Ejecución de proyectos FEED y EPC.
