Responsibilities:

Run and scale Google Ads (App Campaigns, Search, YouTube, PMax) and Meta campaigns.
Own budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives to hit CPI, CPA, CAC, and ROAS targets.
Track attribution in Singular and analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention in Mixpanel.
Link campaign data to downstream behavior: installs to activation to payers.
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and messaging.
Work with the creative team on performance-led creatives.
Report weekly on results and next optimizations.

Requirements:

2-5 years in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth for an app or consumer product.
Hands-on Google Ads, with 50L+ monthly spend managed.
Strong Meta Ads experience.
Experience with an MMP (singular preferred; AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch is fine) and Mixpanel or a similar product analytics tool.
Solid grasp of CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
Quantified wins you can explain (e. g., "cut CPA by 30% at 1 Cr/month spend").
Comfortable in Sheets/Excel and dashboards.

Good to have:

iOS scaling (SKAN/ATT).
Regional or Bharat audience campaigns.
Social, audio, edtech, or entertainment app background.
