Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Drive product governance, portfolio planning, and outcome measurement.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple platforms and domains.
- Establish and track OKRs, KPIs, and product success metrics.
- Lead prioritization, dependency management, and resource planning.
- Monitor product risks and drive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Mentor and lead Product Managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure documentation standards and governance processes are followed.
Experience Required:
- 10 - 18 years of experience in Product Management.
- Strong experience managing API-driven products and platforms.
- Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and OKRs.
- Experience leading Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio governance, risk management, and delivery leadership experience.
- Experience in TAX, Order Management, CMS, or Finance domains is preferred.
