Client Services Specialist

ROLE SUMMARY

We're looking for a client services specialist who serves as the strategic link between the company and its clients, ensuring an exceptional service experience and lasting commercial relationships.

The Client Services Specialist goes beyond transactional support: they build relationships, solve complex problems, and act as a trusted advisor for assigned clients. We want someone with executive communication skills, a service mindset, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

The ideal candidate ensures clients always get what they need, when they need it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their requests and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solution delivery within agreed SLAs.
• Escalate and manage complex incidents with urgency and sound judgment.
• Prepare periodic service performance reports for clients.
• Identify improvement opportunities in client experience and propose solutions.
• Participate in periodic review calls with clients to strengthen the relationship.

SKILLS

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years in client services, account management, or implementation.
• English C1.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle escalation situations calmly and efficiently.
• CRM and ticketing tool proficiency.
