Customer Service Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team and support customers across our food service operations.

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for customers, helping with questions, orders, service issues, and general inquiries. You will work closely with internal teams and location staff to resolve issues efficiently and make sure customers receive a professional and positive experience.

This is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working independently while staying connected with a team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other available channels

• Assist with questions related to orders, services, locations, payments, and general inquiries

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently whenever possible

• Investigate issues and coordinate with internal teams and location staff when needed

• Escalate complex or sensitive cases with clear and accurate notes

• Maintain accurate customer and service records

• Follow established customer service procedures and company standards

• Handle multiple customer requests while maintaining service quality

• Identify recurring issues and share customer feedback with the appropriate teams

• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, food service, or another customer-facing role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software and systems

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work

• Availability to work the assigned schedule

• Authorization to work in the United States

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous call center or contact center experience

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant operations

• Experience with CRM or customer support/ticketing platforms

• Experience handling order or payment-related inquiries

• Bilingual English/Spanish

COMPENSATION

$19-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
