We are a fast growing, Series A healthcare tech startup backed by Maverick Ventures, transforming how care management is delivered and scaled.
We are experiencing rapid growth and looking for a Implementation Lead to join our customer experience team and help us 10x our impact. This person will own client implementations from kickoff to Go-Live, working cross-functionally across our sales, technology, clinical, operations, and client teams to ensure programs launch on time with an exceptional customer experience, and deliver measurable value.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end implementation projects, from client kickoff through go-live and stabilization
- Serve as the primary project leader, coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders
- Serve as the face of CareHarmony with key customer stakeholders, from CFOs to clinical leads, physician champions, and IT.
- Directly manage EHR integrations, including requirements, dependencies, testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness
- Lead training sessions while driving physician adoption, engagement, and organizational socialization of the program
- Build and manage implementation plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones
- Identify blockers early and drive cross-functional teams toward resolution
- Develop scalable implementation processes and best practices as the company grows
- Partner closely with leadership to continuously improve implementation speed, quality, and client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, implementation, project management, and/or startup environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams
- Demonstrated experience directly managing EHR/EMR integrations
- Experience in population health, value-based care, care management is a plus
- High bias to action - you see a problem, take ownership, and drive it toward resolution
- Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and external client stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are continuously evolving
