Internship Program

The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. Essential Functions:

• Support data integrity, accuracy, and quality initiatives by analyzing datasets, identifying anomalies, and helping ensure data flows accurately across business processes.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on data quality issues, investigate discrepancies, and assist with data cleanup and process-improvement projects.
• Use SQL and other analytical techniques to query, validate, and analyze data, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve data accuracy.
• Apply Python and automation techniques to streamline data analysis, reduce manual processes, and improve the efficiency of recurring data-quality activities.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail

$41,200.00 - $66,000.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
