Job Purpose and Impact

The Customer Service Analyst will process routine customer enabling activities of the order management process and will help execute well established customer service activities with regards to order intake, confirmation, processing and fulfillment. In this role, you will assist in achieving streamlined and optimized internal processes, that promote a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer concerns and resolve issues within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to prevent recurrence.
• Process customer orders and invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special instructions are properly executed.
• Provide timely and accurate Day-in-the-Life updates to support the successful completion of the order-to-cash process.
• Support team operations by providing backup coverage and assisting other business areas as needed.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Participate actively in team and stakeholder meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to improve service levels.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email, ensuring visibility of key issues and priorities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and verbal communication).
• Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Preferred qualification: Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business applications.
• Advantage: Intermediate French

Additional Requirements

• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones, including occasional coverage until 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Availability to work on local holidays when required to support North American operations.
