Job Purpose and Impact

Key Accountabilities
- 参与销售投标、演示文稿和销售方案的制定与交付，并参与产品演示。
- 协助识别并联系潜在客户，建立客户关系，以创造未来销售机会并促进客户重复购买。
- 运用基础产品知识、产品特性及市场知识，销售并促进一系列产品的市场需求。
- 规划日常工作活动，包括客户拜访以及需达成的定量和定性目标。
- 跟踪市场和竞争动态，并将相关信息反馈给经理。
- 在直接监督下处理基础问题和事务，同时将更复杂的问题升级至相关负责人处理。
- 完成分配的其他工作职责。
Qualifications
- 相关专业学士学位，或具备同等工作经验。
- 5-10年猪料预混料销售经验，熟悉相关产品及市场运作。
- 拥有福建省区域大客户管理经验，客户开发与维护能力。
- 具备优秀的团队协作能力及跨部门沟通能力。
- 其他最低资格要求。
