Сейчас мы в поиске DevOps-инженера, который возьмёт на себя техническую ответственность за production, развитие платформы и автоматизацию в условиях AI SDLC: AI-инструменты встроены в разработку, ревью, тестирование и эксплуатацию - рутина автоматизирована, команда фокусируется на инженерных задачах.

Обязанности:

1. Техническая ответственность за production

  • Держать приложения и зависимости, Kubernetes, данные, сети, секреты, доставку и наблюдаемость. Контролировать пользовательские сценарии и ресурсы, предупреждать деградацию.
  • Вести инциденты: диагностика, координация разработчиков/подрядчиков/провайдера, проверка сервиса и данных. Доводить инцидент до восстановления, postmortem и профилактику до результата.

2. Развитие платформы

  • Предлагать варианты с учётом надёжности, стоимости и возможностей команды; доводить внедрение до результата.
  • Вести переход к GitOps на Argo CD и управляемым canary-релизам: архитектура, миграция, критерии продвижения/остановки, rollback и эксплуатация.

3. Автоматизация и надёжность

  • Развивать CI/CD и IaC, воспроизводимость окружений и переносимость между площадками; сокращать ручные операции.
  • Обеспечивать проверенные backup/restore, целостность данных, реалистичные RTO/RPO, устойчивость интеграций, работающие алерты, эскалацию и runbook.
Наши пожелания к кандидату:
  • Личный опыт ответственности за production, устранения серьёзных аварий, изменений под нагрузкой и восстановления.
  • Практическое внедрение или существенное развитие и эксплуатация Argo CD/GitOps и canary в production.
  • Самостоятельность: приносить экспертизу и решения, объяснять варианты и последствия, вести работу без напоминаний и пошаговых указаний.
  • Москва, только офис. Ответственность за production и участие в аварийном восстановлении входят в роль.
