2. Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the position is technical work for commercial chiller electrical systems, focusing on data center chiller business. The engineer shall develop qualified solutions to meet chiller system requirements and be familiar with electrical functions and component applications of commercial air conditioning products.

1. Support the design and technical implementation of commercial chiller electrical systems including control panel, power box, VFD integration and cable harness, focusing on data center project requirements.

2. Verify electrical functions and component reliability via laboratory and on-site tests to ensure stable operation of data center chiller systems.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, quality, manufacturing and aftermarket) to complete cost control, qualification tests, design mass production and on-site technical support.

4. Troubleshoot daily electrical technical faults on production lines and job sites, optimize technical procedures and documents to resolve abnormal issues efficiently.

5. Conduct electrical performance testing, data analysis and technical iteration to improve the stability and cost performance of commercial and data center chiller electrical systems.

3. Minimum Requirements

1. Solid professional theoretical knowledge and practical capabilities in electrical, refrigeration or mechanical fields, capable of daily work optimization with internal company processes and systems.

2. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CADis preferred.

3. Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading and writing for technical communication and document processing.

4. Excellent communication skills, team spirit and detail-oriented working attitude, capable of independent technical work.

5. Capable of programming and data processing. Proficient in Python or other scripting languages for test data analysis, equipment operational data statistics and automated logic verification is preferred.

6. A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, experience in commercial air conditioning and chiller application is preferred.
