Senior Assistant, Sales Support (Technical Products)
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Assistant, Sales Support (Technical Products) to support sales activities through technical product knowledge, market benchmarking, sales tools development, and training coordination.
Responsibilities
Conduct product and competitor benchmarking.
Support Product Management and Sales teams in identifying product gaps and opportunities.
Coordinate with Engineering teams on technical product matters.
Support new product introduction (NPI) activities.
Provide technical support and product information to Sales teams.
Prepare and review technical materials, including catalogs, manuals, and product presentations.
Support development and improvement of product selection and benchmarking tools.
Assist in technical seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Develop and update training materials for employees and channel partners.
Support technical training and knowledge-sharing programs.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Product Support, Technical Support, or related functions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand technical specifications and product documentation.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Preferred
Experience in industrial, electrical, automation, HVAC, or engineering-related products.
Experience in product benchmarking, technical training, or sales support activities.
