About the role
负责离心压缩机气动设计、CFD分析、性能测试及技术攻关工作，在关键项目中承担主要技术责任，指导初级工程师完成设计开发工作，并促进气动设计方法和工具的持续优化。
Responsible for aerodynamic design, CFD analysis, performance validation and technical problem solving of centrifugal compressors. Take major technical responsibility in key programs, provide guidance to junior engineers, and continuously improve aerodynamic design methodologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Staff Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- 参与新产品开发项目的技术方案制定、风险评估和设计评审，确保项目按计划达成性能目标。
- 负责压缩机气动部件的一维设计、CFD分析及性能优化，提高效率、运行范围和产品竞争力。
- 制定并执行气动测试计划，分析测试结果，发布气动性能数据并确保相关工程文件的准确性。
- 针对研发及量产过程中出现的复杂技术问题进行分析，并提出解决方案和改进措施。
- 指导初级工程师开展设计分析工作，分享专业知识和最佳实践。
- 完成主管安排的其他工作。
Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
- 3-10 年以上旋转机械或压缩机气动研发经验，具有独立负责多个产品开发项目经验，需要扎实的CFD基础知识和沟通能力，能够解决复杂气动问题并提供技术指导。有制冷或空调专业知识基础者优先。Minimum 3-8 years of experience in turbomachinery or compressor aerodynamic development. Demonstrated experience independently leading multiple product development projects. Strong CFD fundamentals and communication skills are required. Capable of solving complex aerodynamic problems and providing technical guidance to other engineers. Knowledge of refrigeration or HVAC systems is preferred.
- 熟悉离心压缩机气动设计理论及分析。Strong knowledge of centrifugal compressor aerodynamic design and analysis.能独立制定CFD分析方案并完成复杂问题诊断。Capable of independently defining CFD approaches and solving complex aerodynamic issues.熟悉机械设计的流程和制冷压缩机行业标准和安全标准。Fluent with mechanical design process and refrigeration compressor and safety standard.
- 能指导初级工程师开展设计和测试工作。Ability to provide technical guidance and review work of junior engineers.
- 能用英文进行技术交流。Can use English for technical communication.
