Site Supervisor Required

A company based in Linbro Park is looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards for some of their sites. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
• Manage and monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance on site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address operational issues.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and management regarding project progress.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site resources.
• Maintain all required site documentation and reports.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout project execution.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid South African Driver's Licence.
• Own reliable vehicle is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel between sites as required.
• Ability to work overtime when operational requirements demand it.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Professional and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
• Relevant qualification in Operations Management, or a related field will be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a Site Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Experience supervising teams in a distribution environment. 
• Ability to capture hours and generate reports, rosters, etc
• Computer literate
