We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2.6 million subscribers across 24 countries, and we are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join our team. Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.

Job Description:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking

  • Install and configure hardware and software applications

  • Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioning

  • Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects

  • Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs

  • Provide technical support for any IT related matters or issue

  • Train users on the use of Cartrack applications and hardware

  • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Must have Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or hands-on technical experience is an advantage.

  • With Excel knowledge is a plus!

  • Basic understanding of telematics, GPS tracking systems, or automotive electronics is a plus.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Willing to work outside regular business hours when operational requirements demand it.
