Are you able to consistently hit your targets and earn commission?

Can you speak confidently in Bahasa Malaysia and English with customers?

Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales from the sales lead provided through business calls

• Make outbound calls and cold calling to sell products

• Qualify sales leads through calls

• Sell to commercial customers and applying the correct solution and sales approach

• Maintain effective communication with prospects and have a proactive follow up scheme

• Constantly looking for new ways to improve your sales performance by listening to your own calls and testing new sales techniques

Requirements:

• Min SPM holder, Diploma, etc

• Proficient to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English confidently to customers

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing sales is required.

• Experience closing sales via phone calls.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with the customers.

• Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude.

• Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette.

• Motivated by earning commission.
