As a Senior Account Manager you will be the face of Caseware to some of our most important accounting clients and you will need to demonstrate strong relationship marketing skills.
With the support of colleagues, you will manage the relationship at some of our most important accounting firm clients, initially managing 30+ firms/offices. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance maximise sales opportunities while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work towards Caseware’s mission plan.
You will also work closely with the International Strategic Account team, Account Executives and the Caseware Marketing team to develop an ongoing engagement strategy through regular client service activity, represent the CaseWare brand and suite of products at trade events, building rapport, and ultimately closing sales opportunities, whilst expanding revenue amongst our current client base.
The role will require travel in the UK and Ireland. Having a car and a valid driving licence is a hard requirement.

What you will do:
- Create and maintain account plans for all assigned clients.
- Create and maintain a diary of regular client service visits and meetings to ensure that we regularly exceed our clients expectations.
- Achieve the reasonably set annual sales targets (never to be lower than £250,000).
- Assist in the delivery of regular marketing activity in your territory, including attending events, conducting webinars etc.
- As a result of the above, to achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Utilize all sales technologies, deepen the industry knowledge, and stay on top of the developments in the industry.
- Ensure that CRM records are accurate, informative and up to date for the sales territory under your management and that sales procedures are followed.
- Manage own ‘hot list’ tasks.
- Provide accurate sales pipeline and forecast information on a regular basis.
- Handling of any sales enquiries and ensure that enquiries are answered swiftly and professionally.
- Preparation of sales seminars.
- Assist in preparation of any marketing resources required to support campaign activity.
- Support colleagues during absence, mentor junior team members when appropriate and contribute to the “one team” ethic of the sales team.
Proficiently demonstrate the features, benefits and capabilities of our various product offerings.
What you will bring:
- Comfortable in growth mode of sales. We are in the building stages of our new sales organization and you will be an important member of this next evolution of our sales team.
- Proven track record of success in Software, SaaS, ERP, and/or Tech Sales.
- Previous sales experience and success in selling and winning new business opportunities.
- Experience building a territory and executing a territory plan.
- Consistent achievement of sales quota.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of forecasting revenue levels and achieving sales targets in a high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of the accounting profession is highly valued but not absolutely required.
