Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the organisation's information security strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead Security Operations, Application Security, Cloud Security, and Governance, Risk & Compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations including PCI DSS, ISO 27001 SOC 2 RBI guidelines, and the DPDP Act.
  • Drive secure software development practices, vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring.
  • Strengthen cloud security, identity and access management, and third-party risk management.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing security team while fostering a strong security culture across the organisation.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify, assess, and manage enterprise security risks.
