Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to define and own a data science road map for one or more business areas and build the data science projects at Cashfree from scratch.
  • Deliver scalable machine learning solutions to production.
  • Provide technical and scientific leadership to the team.
  • Roll up your sleeves and do hands-on work when needed.
  • Build strong working relationships and collaboration with leaders in product, business, and engineering teams.
  • Establish and improve the best data science and engineering practices for the team.
  • Maintain a healthy balance between delivery and applied research.

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical underpinnings.
  • 5+ years of experience in applying machine learning and statistical methods to solve complex problems at scale.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, and big data technologies.
