About the role

Kubernetes and cloud spend are two of the fastest-growing line items in enterprise IT, and most companies are still managing both by hand. As an Account Executive at Cast AI, you'll sell into that gap: a platform that automates decisions engineering teams are currently making manually, at a company that just crossed unicorn status and is scaling its go-to-market fast. You'll own the full sales cycle for a growing book of enterprise accounts, working a market with real urgency behind it and a product with proven traction across 2,100+ companies, from Akamai to BMW to Cisco.

What'll You Own?

• Drive outbound pipeline generation as a core part of the role, not an afterthought
• Run Opportunity Assessments to identify and qualify viable leads
• Lead Value Discovery conversations that align Cast AI's platform with each client's infrastructure and cost challenges
• Demonstrate the concrete value of Cast AI's offering to technical and business stakeholders
• Drive Value Delivery by working closely with implementation teams and measuring results against the business case
• Identify key contacts within target accounts, understand their needs, and tailor proposals accordingly
• Negotiate and close deals while building toward long-term customer satisfaction, not just a signed contract

What'll You Need?

• Proven experience running a full enterprise sales cycle as an Account Executive, from Opportunity Assessment through Value Delivery
• A demonstrated track record selling cloud SaaS in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Cost Control, Cloud Security, or DevOps tools, or a closely adjacent space
• Hands-on experience running deals with the MEDDIC methodology 
• A history of successful negotiation and closing, with a genuine focus on long-term customer outcomes
• A strong outbound orientation: you build your own pipeline with consistency (at least weekly) rather than relying solely on inbound (Pipeline Generation discipline)
• Fluency in English and French
