Primary Job Responsibilities :

- Prospecting : Work closely with prospects, existing clients, Global SIs, and Cloud partners to understand challenges and design tailored solutions, driving revenue through pre-sales activities and proactive account management.

- Demonstrations : Deliver product demonstrations at various phases of the sales cycle, showcasing product functionality, architecture, and business value while addressing customer queries.

- Pilot and POC : Lead sales engagements end-to-end, including onsite visits, supervising data collection and analysis using CAST technology, and articulating technical, value, and economic proofs.

- Services handoff : Manage formal documentation and presentation of accounts to the implementation team to ensure customer success.

- Product enhancement : Gather field feedback, collaborate with Product Management, and influence the product roadmap.

Skillset and Qualifications :

- 10+ years of total experience.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a complex sales process.

- Passion for application development and desire to learn.

- Experience in application development methodologies (Agile, Lean) and technologies (microservices, cloud-based apps, serverless) and enterprise software deployment.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage VP and C-level counterparts as well as architecture leads.

- Entrepreneurial spirit and background in SDLC and application modernization.

- Technologies : Java, .NET, NodeJS, Python, PHP, Angular, React, iOS, Android, JavaScript, HTML5, AI, MCP.

- Cloud : AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes.
