Senior Specialist, Partnership, Singapore

We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Partnership Specialist to join our Singapore team to help shape the future of living-one thoughtful detail at a time. 

Success in this role means building and nurturing a strong, engaged network of influencers (KOLs, UGC creators) who amplify Castlery's brand presence, alongside a portfolio of brand and strategic partnerships that support broader campaign objectives. Within your first year, you'll grow a reliable roster of influencer relationships, secure collaborations that drive content reach and engagement, and ensure Castlery is consistently and authentically represented across creator content.  

Key measures of success include number and quality of partners signed, content reach and engagement generated through partnerships and strength and sustainability of partner relationships. 

What you’ll be doing:  

• Own and grow Castlery's influencer program in Singapore, managing day-to-day relationships with KOLs and UGC creators  
• Identify, secure, and nurture partnerships that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and customer reach. 
• Manage smaller portfolio of brand and strategic partnerships to support wider campaign and business objectives 
• Develop and execute creative partnership campaigns and product launch collaborations aligned with Castlery's brand objectives. 
• Lead partner negotiations, manage campaign execution, and ensure agreed deliverables are completed on time and to brand standards. 
• Track and analyse partnership performance, providing regular insights, reporting, and recommendations for improvement. 
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership opportunities to drive continuous growth. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership enquiries and collaborate cross-functionally to support business and marketing objectives. 

What you need to succeed:  

• Experience managing influencer, KOL, or creator relationships - ideally in a fast-paced, consumer brand environment. 
• Proven ability to independently to source, recruit and manage partnerships from prospecting through execution. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines concurrently. 
• Data-driven and comfortable using performance insights to optimise partnership outcomes. 
• Familiarity with the Singapore influencer/ creator landscape is advantageous but not required.
