Job Description:

  • Drive product strategy and execution across a portfolio of products
  • Lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Define & communicate a clear product vision and strategy
  • Translate company strategy into a clear, outcome-driven roadmap
  • Coach and develop a team of Product Managers
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and other functions for product delivery
  • Utilize customer research and data to inform product decisions
  • Track KPIs and OKRs across the portfolio
  • Communicate priorities and results to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 4-8+ years of experience in product management
  • 2+ years managing other Product Managers
  • Experience driving strategy across multiple scrum teams
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies
  • Ability to mentor PMs and build high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) is a plus
  • Proficiency with product management tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA is a plus
