Social Media Manager

Catalyst Path Consulting is looking to hire a Social Media Manager to join its team on a full-time basis in Abuja (FCT), Nigeria.

We are searching for a Social Media Manager who is imaginative, strategic, and focused on delivering results. In this role, you will design and roll out social media plans that boost our brand's visibility, expand our online community, and generate tangible business outcomes.

The person we are looking for should have practical experience running social media channels, producing engaging content, measuring performance, and keeping pace with the latest developments in digital marketing.

• Design and roll out social media plans that support the company's brand identity and business goals.
• Handle day-to-day content across channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Produce, assemble, and publish content that engages audiences, such as posts, reels, videos, graphics, stories, and campaigns.
• Build monthly content calendars and make sure content is delivered on schedule.
• Keep track of social media developments, audience habits, and what competitors are doing.
• Handle comments, messages, and community engagement in a professional manner.
• Work alongside graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other teams to deliver high-quality content.
• Measure and evaluate social media performance using the appropriate analytics tools.
• Produce routine reports covering engagement, reach, follower growth, leads, and other important metrics.
• Oversee and refine paid social media campaigns as needed.
• Spot chances to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Keep the company's brand voice, visual identity, and messaging consistent at all times.
