Job Description:
Lead & perform electric drive system & components solutions development, integration and validation for earthmoving products NTI and NPI programs to meet PQVC requirements.
Job Duties:
- Be responsible for electric drive system & components solution development including powertrain system architecture, motor & motor control integration, converter & PDU integration and high voltage electrical installation;
- Be able to transfer VOC into CCR, develop & evaluate concept alternatives, perform DFMEA and develop technical specification;
- Lead system and component design review meeting;
- Work with cross functional teams to conduct CPPD and APQP activities;
- Lead L4 electric drive system on-machine performance tuning.

Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing or product development environment.
