Role Definition: Join our automation team to design, develop, and lead enterprise RPA solutions, with Automation Anywhere experience preferred. This role leads complex automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support while providing technical guidance to other developers.

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, test, and implement scalable RPA solutions using agile techniques.

  • Lead requirements gathering and process analysis to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.

  • Develop reusable automation components and establish RPA development standards.

  • Integrate RPA solutions with ERP systems, web applications, databases, desktop applications, and Microsoft technologies.

  • Lead technical reviews, testing, deployment, production support, and root cause analysis.

  • Mentor developers and promote automation best practices and continuous improvement.

What You Have

  • Degree Requirement: Collage degree or equivalent experience desired

  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

  • Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

  • Application Design, Architecture: Knowledge of application design and architecture principles and practices; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools, and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design. Create process flow diagrams, technical designs, and deployment documentation.

  • System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms. Integrate automation solutions with ERP systems, web applications, databases, desktop applications, and enterprise platforms.

  • System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle. Design and execute unit, system, user acceptance, and regression testing.

  • Communicate effectively in Chinese and English with global business and technical teams.

  • Strong hands-on RPA development experience; Automation Anywhere experience is preferred.

Top Candidates may also Have:

  • Lead technical design and code reviews and provide guidance to other developers.

  • Promote RPA governance, coding standards, reusable assets, and knowledge sharing.

  • Experience with Automation Anywhere development; administration experience is a plus.

  • Experience with enterprise automation technologies, system integration, and scripting.

  • Experience delivering medium to large automation projects from requirements through production support.

  • Experience with procurement, sourcing, or shared services processes is preferred.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
