Role Definition
Assists with technical analysis of manufacturing processes in all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assembly and testing processes for SEM axles and TTT Final Drive.
- Support the implementation of the Drivetrain Assembly modern manufacturing strategy by promoting the application of advanced tightening technology, AI-based error proofing, Pick-by-Light, and automation projects in SEM axle and TTT Final Drive assembly operations.
- Support NPI project activities by ensuring adequate assembly process readiness during new product introduction and enabling smooth project execution.
- Lead the development of assembly and testing processes and provide daily technical support, including SWS/SWES, APQP, SFMEA, fixtures, lifting devices, and related activities.
- Drive improvements in productivity, quality, and cost by identifying opportunities in the assembly process and implementing corresponding improvement actions.
