Engineer, Sourcing-NPD

负责责无源光通信产品新项目过程中的物料寻源，具体包括：

1、响应市场和研发需求，快速完成客户对新产品初期成本评估的需求，赢得市场机会。

2、与工程团队紧密合作，掌握项目的整体开发计划和物料需求计划。

3、根据项目的需求计划，统筹安排选择最合适的供应渠道，以满足项目阶段的开发计划需求。

4、主导新项目中过程需要引入的新供应商的开发和评估。

5、参与项目阶段物料的询价、议价和交期跟踪，确定对项目进度影响***的关键物料。

6、协助研发完成项目阶段的SPEC和来料质量问题沟通，并推动供应商改善。

7、核算新项目不同阶段的BOM COST，并积极协调Sourcing提出改善方案，满足项目设计成本目标。

9、负责识别产品BOM中的关键供应链和质量风险，并提出改善方案推动研发早做预案 。

9、负责NPI阶段的关键物料的供应商产能风险评估，根据PLM给出的需求预测推动供应商做产能提升。

任职要求：

本科及以上，理工科，机械、光学、物理相关专业优先，有光学背景佳;

3年以上Sourcing相关经验，熟悉五金结构件、PCB、电子产品工艺和供应链;

有充分耐心，积极主动，责任心强，反应快速;

具备跨部门项目合作的经验，有良好的沟通协调和组织能力、有出色的项目报告能力、能适应短期的出差（包括省外）;

CET, 口语能胜任日常的工作交流。
