Role:

Maintains agreed-upon inventory levels to provide a flow of raw materials and components from the supply chain to the manufacturing facility.

What you'll do:

  • Ensuring that the environment of the inventory stock room is in line with requirements for each product.
  • Managing staffing, development, and performance management of materials management workers. Ensuring proper labor relations.
  • Defining and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Performing inventory analysis and making recommendations for stock levels.
  • Coordinating maintenance and support of inventory management software.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or a related field
  • Fluent English (Intermediate to Advanced)

Below are some of the most important skills that are required in this position:

Decision Making and Critical Thinking

  • Ability to analyze data, assess risks, and make informed decisions to support supply chain efficiency and business objectives.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SAP for material planning, inventory analysis, and operational decision-making.

Problem Solving

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Knowledge and application of Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
  • Ability to resolve supply, inventory, and material planning issues in a fast-paced environment.

Effective Communications

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Skilled in supplier negotiations, including cost, delivery, quality, and service agreements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Inventory Management

  • Solid knowledge of inventory management principles, including inventory control, replenishment strategies, and stock optimization.
  • Ability to monitor inventory performance metrics and implement actions to ensure material availability while minimizing excess inventory.

Supply Chain Management

  • 3 to 5 years in Supply Chain functions, preferably in Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  • Strong understanding of material planning, procurement, demand management, and supply chain operations.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and planning activities.

Considerations for the best candidates:

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role, leading teams and operational processes.
  • Proficiency in digitalization and process automation tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) module.
  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and report operational performance indicators.
